Puppy Availability
All puppies, planned breedings, and expected litters are subject to availability. Availability may change without notice due to deposits, health considerations, breeding outcomes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Deposits
Deposits are governed by the terms outlined in the applicable Deposit Agreement. A deposit does not guarantee a specific puppy unless confirmed in writing by Concrete Kennels.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice until a deposit has been received and accepted. Once a deposit is accepted, pricing will follow the terms of the signed agreement.
Health & Breeding Information
We strive to provide accurate information regarding our dogs, health testing, pedigrees, and breeding program. While we make every effort to keep information current, occasional updates or corrections may occur.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, videos, logos, graphics, written content, and other materials on this website are the property of Concrete Kennels unless otherwise noted. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 22, 2026
At Concrete Kennels, we appreciate your trust in our breeding program. Because each puppy reservation requires us to reserve a puppy and turn away other potential buyers, we maintain the following refund policy.
Deposits
All puppy deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement. Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price of the puppy and reserve your place on our waiting list or a specific puppy.
If a written contingency has been agreed upon, such as a requested gender not being available, refunds or deposit transfers will be handled according to the terms outlined in your signed Deposit Agreement.
Puppy Purchase Payments
Once full payment has been received and ownership has been transferred, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds due to buyer’s remorse, changes in personal circumstances, housing restrictions, allergies, or other situations beyond our control.
Breeder Cancellation
If Concrete Kennels is unable to provide the reserved puppy due to circumstances such as illness, injury, failure of the breeding, or other breeder-related reasons, the buyer may choose to:
Health Guarantee
All puppies are sold with the health guarantee outlined in the Puppy Purchase Agreement. Any remedies for health-related concerns are governed solely by that agreement.
